Purpose: Positions holders work across Engineering job families to support the engineering and technical operations of the organisation. The focus may include a combination of product design engineering, applications engineering and project design engineering. Accountability Level: Experienced individual contributor (specialist operational/technical role, or experienced professional). Works independently, with limited supervision. Problems faced may be difficult but can be addressed within an established framework Key Responsibilities: Liaise with client's technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify job needs. Provide Engineering support for complex applications. Create and maintain all Standard Work Instructions relevant to our current and new products to support all maintenance activities. Evaluate and produce technical/component specific reports on new/existing fleet assets. Provide effective and specialist technical support to operations.
