Located conveniently in the Broadwater Plaza Shopping Centre, Maven Dental Punchbowl is a modern clinic, with the latest technology and three state-of-the-art rooms. The role As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include: Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate department or treatment room Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Assist with other administrative tasks as needed You Our successful candidate will ideally demonstrate: Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements, ideally dental industry experience too Strong communication and customer service skills An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software Detail-oriented and highly organised Why Maven Dental?
