We have an exciting opportunity for a self managed, switched on super organised receptionist to join a prestigious law firm based in the heart of Dee Why. Our client’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has earned them a prominent position in the legal industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced receptionist who will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm. ROLE: First point of contact for all incoming calls Handling incoming, outgoing communication, phone calls and emails Coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements Liaising with clients and external parties Opening files Drafting correspondence Email management Booking boardroom for meetings and client appointments Organising all catering requests General administration duties Collaborate with legal support staff to create a harmonious workplace. ALL ABOUT YOU: You will have at least 2 years reception experience within a corporate environment You have a desire for development and a genuinely high work ethic and enjoy going to work every day Sound understand of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Professional demeanour and strong values in maintaining confidentiality Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
