A modern Australian restaurant with Mediterranean inspiration which strikes the perfect balance between casual bistro and fine dining. Every dish has its own story to tell - from the origin of a local ingredient and its producer, to a special technique applied in the kitchen, and even to the plate itself, hand-crafted high-fired stoneware plates made by Melbourne's Robert Gordon, put to good use in our 400'C woodfire oven. We are seeking a passionate, energetic and creative Full Time Chef de Partie with immaculate attention to detail, to join our dedicated team of professionals.
