Beautifully designed offices, a creative and supportive culture, and a busy and varied workload - this is an exciting and rare opportunity to gain experience The Role Working within a solid and collaborative team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple assignments and helping with the day-to-day administrative duties, playing an important role in maintaining the company’s high standards. Working for a fast-paced architectural and planning firm, you will play a key part in supporting the project leads with various administrative duties. The Duties Support project leads with all administrative tasks. Document control and management. Support in preparing contracts and client tenders/submissions. Prepare documentation for key external stakeholders. Diary, meeting room, and email management. Database management. General administration. This is an amazing opportunity for a strong admin assistant to work in a fast-paced, people-facing position in a business that is extremely well respected in the industry. The Candidate In order to excel in this role, you will be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and highly developed attention to detail and administrative skills. The successful candidate will have: Two years of administrative experience. Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A well organised, process-orientated, and positive approach. Experienced with drafting contracts. Previous experience working in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable. Legal background would be desirable.
