Roles are available in the family law and criminal/ civil law practice areas. Reporting to the Administration Services Managers, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of our client services. You will triage client queries at court and in the office, as well as provide information and referrals to the public, legal practitioners and other community services. You will also support our team through client data entry, file management and preparation of legal documents. This presents an outstanding opportunity for individuals possessing well-developed organisational and time management abilities. We are seeking three Legal Assistants: 1x full time, ongoing position 1x part time, ongoing position 1x full-time, 2-year maximum term position About you: As our ideal candidate, you bring: Experience in providing administrative support, ideally gained within a legal environment, and/or the ability to provide client focused services in a complex, confidential and sensitive environment. Strong organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet timelines and work under pressure to ensure efficient and effective delivery of VLA services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Experience in family law systems and procedures will be highly regarded Don't meet every requirement?
