The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your duties will include, but not be limited to: Promptly respond to all inbound email and telephone enquiries from branch customers, ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service Efficient process returns and reverse logistics Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure they are informed of urgent dispatch orders, changes and other matters Accurate data entry of goods into M3 system including credits Communicate with customers regarding orders and lead times Book deliveries into freight management system, organise transport for urgent orders Interact closely with wider teams in order to achieve set goals and targets The Candidate Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of Customer Service and display the ability to adapt to a fast-paced active environment, as well as: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently Quick thinking and problem-solving skills A strong sense of urgency Computer literacy to effectively enter data with minimal error Passionate about learning a vast product range This is a permanent, full-time position operating Monday through to Friday.
