ABOUT AERISON: Aerison is a broad-based engineering design and construction company self-performing multi-disciplined EPC, engineering and design, construction and maintenance services to various industries and clients across Australia. YOUR IMPACT: We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the projects team in delivering accurate, well presented, and conforming detail design deliverables using Aerison systems and procedures while maintaining healthy relationships with all colleagues, clients, and suppliers. The delivery of works to client standards, Australian Standards and regulations is essential. Complete engineering design deliverables as directed by the department Leads or assigned Project/Design manager. Compile calculations to ensure that they meet Aerison and/or client standards. Complete all workflow processes as prescribed in the relevant Aerison design and drafting procedures. Complete safety in design deliverables (SID). Addressing engineering issues in support of the engineering team. Seeks engineering innovation to increase project profitability and value for clients. Works in conjunction with a range of stakeholders (including designers, engineers, and clients from a range of disciplines) to meet the project needs. Works across a range of projects. Understands the project scope and highlights concerns and/or opportunities around design and budget as early as possible. Manages their own time against project objectives and budgets. May be required to attend project site from time to time. WHO YOU ARE: High level of experience and ability in the use of applicable engineering design systems. Ability to compile technical documents in a clear, concise, logical, and accurate manner. Able to perform well under pressure. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills WHAT YOU’VE DONE BEFORE: Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical) At least 3 years in a similar engineering role. Knowledge of OH&S Legislation and responsibilities. Effective time management and organisational skills.
