The Role: Here are Symbion, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and well-rounded Warehouse Supervisor to join our business and take charge of the daily operation within our Greystanes Warehouse. Working on the biggest site within the EBOS Healthcare Group and supervising a team of between 40-100, you will be responsible for safety, on-time, accurate stock movement in and out of the warehouse, stock management, and driving continuous improvement. You will also provide the team with clear and consistent communication and direction in order to achieve or exceed service targets, hence your ability to lead, guide and direct a large team and demonstrate past success doing so, will be essential to success. This is is an exciting opportunity to join a large business and develop your career in supply chain and operations. What you will do: Ownership of overall inbound/outbound KPI delivery within the Warehouse; Maintain an organised, fast-moving operation that is equally accurate and safe; Actively model and promote compliance with all WH&S policies, procedures, and requirements; Deliver results and look for improvements with Lean Management or similar. What we are looking for: Previous experience working within a warehouse leadership role; Strong people leader and ability to manage the team across tasks/departments as required; Continuous Improvement focus and drive for results; Detail oriented with strength in numeracy, time management and problem solving.
