Customer Service Consultant for a globally renowned manufacturing company in Sydney CBD. $65k Super | Contract role to start asap. Due to significant growth over the past six months, they require a customer service consultant to join the team. You would be reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager. Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and order status Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner Utilise the Salesforece database to track, monitor, and report on order processing activities Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience Requirements: Previous experience in a call centre or order processing role is essential Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills Proficient computer skills and experience with order management systems (Salesforce or SAP) Why join this company?
