Join our Brisbane office and be the first point of contact for Insignia Financial. The Role We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Client and Technology division. Reporting to our Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Insignia Financial. No two days will be the same This is a true customer facing role for someone looking to advance their career in finance or administration. Key Responsibilities: Managing Insignia Financial Reception/Front Desk area Attending to visitors upon arrival Attending to phone calls on the main reception number Management of the Temporary Security Pass Register Ensuring kitchen and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy Coordinating of couriers and internal mail daily Assist with arrangements of functions, meetings, catering and appointments as required To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess: Strong ability to prioritise and multitask Customer focused and excellent phone manner Highly competent in Microsoft Office software package Great problem-solving skills High level of integrity and ability to uphold confidential information Benefits Development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company A professional, supportive and friendly culture A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits The Business Insignia Financial is one of Australia’s leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
