Working in a highly supportive team in the purpose-built head office in Canning Vale, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be provided with continual professional development and training in areas such as quoting, estimating, and order processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, clear communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Accurate maintenance of customer records in the CRM system. Timely response to incoming calls, webchats, and emails, ensuring fast resolution of customer inquiries and efficient case closure. Cooperation with project consultants to formulate solution designs, estimate costs, and plan approaches as required. Gathering cost information from diverse sources and creating project budgets. Handover of comprehensive and precise information to the Operations team for the execution of projects and orders. Interpretation of customer specifications and drawings, offering essential advice and product recommendations. Providing post-order customer support, with the ability to delegate tasks to the Project Coordinator when necessary. Key Requirements: Experience in a sales/customer service consultant role. Previous experience with the commercial installation product range would be highly advantageous but not essential. High level of administration and organisational skills. Basic costing and estimation experience. Clear and concise phone communication skills. Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative fast-paced team.
