Key Responsibilities: Internal Sales: Sales Support: Assist customers with general sales inquiries, direct them to the appropriate contact, and prepare quotations. Product Information: Prepare product information documents as required by the NSW Sales office. Reporting: Generate reports and general correspondence as needed by the sales team, including typing minutes from sales and other meetings. Digital Assets: Manage and ensure the upkeep of the digital brochure and assets filing system for all business units. Reception: Handle office reception duties and serve as the initial point of contact for customers. Functions/Events: Organize internal functions and showroom events, including catering if required. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and prepare materials for sales meetings. Product Spreadsheets: Manage product spreadsheets, perform gross margin analysis, and update product listings as directed. CRM Database: Maintain contact information in Salesforce CRM. Asset Management: Assist with the management and distribution of marketing images and assets to General Office Support: Office Procedures: Make decisions regarding office procedures and handle site maintenance issues in consultation with managers. Security and Reception: Coordinate daily backup tapes, and security pickups, answer phones, and assist guests. Manage incoming mail and deliveries. Office Organisation: Ensure the reception and general office area are tidy, and the showroom is presentable for visitors. Supplies: Order and control office stationery and catering supplies. Administrative Support: Assist site managers with general administrative support and filing as required.
