Our opportunity As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of sales strategies across one or a group of projects/product line to achieve revenue targets while ensuring complete customer satisfaction when dealing with Mirvac.Please note you will be required to work both Saturdays and Sundays. You will be responsible for:Achieve sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager (weekend work required)Implement project launch strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Marketing.Provide a high level of customer service so that buyers become advocates and achieve an average Net Promotor Score(NPS) of over 50 for all First Impression and Sales experience surveysEnsure display suites and sales offices are in accordance with organisational brand and quality standards.Build market and competitor knowledge through research/networking and report relevant changes to managementMaintain current legal knowledge (i.e. contracts, procedures, legal representation).Implement strategies as per customer and pricing feedback.Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required.Build profile within designated marketplace through attendance at various events.Foster strong relationships with other Mirvac departments to ensure the overall delivery of project objectives.Leverage skills: seek opportunities to share and learn new skills, ideas and innovations across the team and various projects.Ensure Sales Force is kept up to date including the management of all client enquiries through Sales Force within set time frames.Coordination of all client paperwork as required.Develop new business opportunities and maintain close relationships with current accounts.Ensure compliance with the Mirvac Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship operations manual and Mirvac Project Delivery plan (PDP)Develop relationships with external agents and builder sales consultants to assist with salesCo-ordinating the processing of Bank Guarantee lodgments and retrievals of Certificates of Title and completing all Co-Sec dutiesPreparing Request to Execute forms and letters for execution of legal documentsArchiving documents in a timely manner in accordance with file closure proceduresYour point of difference To be successful you will have direct apartment sales experience, a current Real Estate License, strong knowledge of the property industry and solid commercial/financial acumen. Strong leadership and people development skills, high levels of IT proficiency and a polished presentation is essential. Finally, you will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills and established industry networks.
