Learn more > www.pensar.com.au About you: Our Power Engineering team are looking for an intrinsically- motivated and highly driven Junior engineer, either a Graduate or Site Engineer. You will be guided by a Construction/Project Manager as you immediately get the opportunity to take ownership over many aspects of Electrical Estimating to begin with. Additionally, you will look to gain delivery experience, which will include contract administration, QA, WHS, subcontractor management, and construction support. You are an Electrical Graduate/Site Engineer team-focused, self-motivated and get great results via effective prioritization of tasks and time management. You are known for your accuracy, commercial acumen and good understanding of the financial aspects that underpin successful projects such as head and subcontract agreements. You pride yourself on your ability to track cost whilst developing, implementing and managing project budgets. You understand your projects thoroughly and can easily complete accurate forecasts and prepare contractual claims, variations and associated correspondence with minimal fuss. You don’t see problems you see challenges that stimulate your brain and your natural instincts for creating solutions. You are passionate about your work and are fully accountable for the results achieved. You are excited by the prospect of adding value to our diverse business and being a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives.
