Serving diverse industries, including local government and council construction, this role requires effective client engagement and the ability to deliver professional video presentations with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and virtual presentations, to engage potential clients. Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor our offerings effectively. Utilise your sales skills to close opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research, Campaign Coordination, and Customer Service, to streamline the sales process. Engage in continuous improvement through coaching and feedback sessions, enhancing your outbound sales techniques. Key Requirements: Proven track record in outbound sales, with experience from opportunity development through to closure. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and persuade potential clients. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success. Comfortable with virtual presentations and proficient in using remote communication tools. Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise outbound sales activities efficiently.
