The Role Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will see you providing exception Customer Service and assistance to an existing portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing frontline communication and support to external customers Responding to customer's queries in a positive and professional manner Data entry into ERP systems and updating spreadsheets.
