The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Operations Manager and the Group Food and Beverage Manager to represent the core values of the NRMA in terms of professionalism, cleanliness and guest experience. The Cafe Manager will also work closely with the department heads, and the Events and Groups Team to create industry leading outlets and functions while working within monthly financial budgets.
