About the role At present EH Recruitment has been appointed to recruit a highly proficient qualified CNC programmer/operator to lead our manufacturing cell Machines are Daewoo lathe’s Hartford machining centre using Fanuc controllers, we also have a Mazak Integrex 300 IV with Mazatrol Matrix controller. 95% of our work is 316 stainless steel components for mechanical seals, which are sold both domestically and exported, we also use 400 series stainless steels for shafts, Duplex stainless steels for shafts and seal parts, cast iron, and different grades of bronze depending on the application. Position is fulltime after qualifying period Regular overtime is available Excellent pay and conditions available to the successful candidate $45-$55 per hour depending on ability and experience About You You will need the ability to read and interpret workshop drawings Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task and perform safe work practices Sound mechanical and technical skills knowledge of how CNC machine and tools work Have physical strength, fitness and stamina Have full working rights and full-time Be reliable and punctual Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail The Candidates must be Australian Qualified and have 3-5 years experience within the Construction or Fabrication industries.
