What you’ll be doing:- Print & Digital - banners, adverts, stickers, flyers etc. Help design, generating creative and innovative designs. Taking ownership of the quality of creative presentations to clients. Working in the production team to bring ideas to life. Pushing the creative product to be the best and most crafted work. Approved key visuals to various sizes and formats, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms. Lead packaging design and final artwork design. Maintaining high standards of execution and delivering within deadlines. Proactively seek feedback, positive attitude towards iterative improvements and continuous learning. Strong organisational and management skills, managing multiple projects. Leverage new technologies to enhance your designs. What you’ll bring to the team:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced digital agency. Worked on large scales client projects. Print such as banners, stickers, flyers and adverts. Worked with visual ideas in all types of formats. Worked with big clients and large roll-outs. Strong sense for design and visual language. Strong knowledge of design software such as Figma and the Adobe Suite. Demonstrated ability in packaging and final artwork design. Strong collaborative style that encourages team growth and innovation. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Maintain strong relationships with team members and external partners.
