Reporting to the Administration Manager the focus of your role will be to support the efficient and smooth operations for our Livestock Sales team. About the opportunity: You will provide professional administration support to the livestock and head office teams. You will be responsible for the administration requirements of Muchea cattle and sheep sales, including attendance at sales from time to time. You will also be part of the Bibra Lake head office administration team responsible for processing live export sales, private sale contracts and on property stud livestock sales and clearing sales. This diverse role will also involve liaison with a large team of Livestock Representatives based throughout WA. You will also be exposed to the administration requirements of Primaries wool and merchandise divisions. . Your success in this role will be measured by: • The positive relationships you develop with our customers and employees • Your ability to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately • The positive contribution you make to the achievement of team goals • Your support of the Nutrien Ag Solutions culture and values About You: You will demonstrate a proven capacity to self-motivate, prioritise and deliver on work requirements in a fast paced environment. With strong IT skills in Microsoft Office along with the ability to manage a comprehensive database of livestock information, your strong written & verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner will secure you this rewarding role. You will enjoy contributing to team goals but also have the capacity to work well independently. The position will require someone who has a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to provide excellent service on a daily basis.
