We are looking for reliable and experienced Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in achieving their goals and living their best life. The role may involve: Assistance with community access and recreational activities Personal care (showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance) Manual handling and/or the use of equipment to support mobility (wheelchairs or hoists) Transportation and supporting social engagement Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning Ideally you will live in the Inner North, West or Werribee areas.
