Disability Support Worker – Weekday Daytime Ringwood | Weekdays | Day Shift 9am - 4pm | MND Experience Required Join the extraordinary team at Prestige Inhome Care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care in Ringwood. We have a range of clients and support requirements, including some roles supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). MND experience is required for some client assignments and is highly regarded but is not essential for all positions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in Location: Ringwood Shifts: Weekdays Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm Availbility Start: Immediate start preferred Experience: Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients with MND Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs and behaviors of concern. Training: Must have experience in NIV Management, PEG Feeding, Manual Handling and Medication Assistance Must be available for minimum 4 days of the week Responsibilities: Personal care (toileting & showering assistance) Cooking and cleaning Community access and engagement Manual handling Medication assistance Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Strong understanding of person-centred care Confident working with complex support needs Experience with manual handling (Hoists, slide sheets) Whether you're an experienced disability support worker with MND experience , or you're looking to bring your existing care experience to a new client environment, we'd love to hear from you.
