About the Role We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten team. You will lead the delivery of a high-quality educational program for children aged 3–5 years, creating engaging learning experiences that support each child's development and school readiness. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Foster children's learning, wellbeing and social development through play-based experiences. Observe, assess and document children's progress and maintain accurate learning records. Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards. Mentor and collaborate with Educators and Assistant Educators within the Kindergarten program. Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Essential Requirements Qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or eligibility to obtain registration). Current Working with Children Check (Victoria). Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
