Process orders, prepare quotes, and provide product solutions. Engage with Customers: Deliver friendly, professional service always. Support branch operations with administration and inventory tasks. Work collaboratively with the wider Victorian team. Efficiently handle orders, pricing, and product details to keep things running smoothly. Work closely with the warehouse and other branches to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Location: Full-time office-based role in Dandenong South. Monday - Friday hours, free on-site parking available. About you: A People-Person: Friendly, energetic, and great at building customer relationships. Trade Counter or Customer Service Experience: Experience in a B2B trade counter role is a bonus, but not essential. The right attitude and personality are key! A Team Player: Always ready to jump in, help, and support colleagues. Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong time management and accuracy in handling orders.
