Our project scope includes fibre slabs, concrete hardstands, suspended concrete decks, office slabs, in-situ columns, walls, stairs, footings, plinths and other specialised concrete works. Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following full-time positions. 1. Architectural Draftsperson The Architectural Draftsperson will prepare and coordinate detailed drawings and technical documentation for our commercial and industrial concrete construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural and construction drawings using relevant drafting software. Interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, specifications and project briefs. Produce detailed drawings for concrete slabs, walls, columns, stairs, footings, plinths and related structures. Review drawings to identify discrepancies, design conflicts and construction issues. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, estimators, subcontractors and site personnel. Revise drawings in response to design changes and site requirements. Maintain accurate drawing registers, revisions and project documentation. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building standards, project specifications and client requirements. Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in architectural drafting, building design, construction or a related discipline. Previous drafting experience within the construction, concrete or related industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design or drafting software. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering documentation. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. 2. Procurement Manager The Procurement Manager will manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment and subcontracted services required for our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project requirements. Source concrete, reinforcement, formwork, construction materials, equipment and subcontracted services. Obtain and assess supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery arrangements. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, product quality and contractual compliance. Coordinate with estimators, project managers, site teams and suppliers to ensure materials are available when required. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards. Manage supplier relationships and resolve procurement or delivery issues. Monitor market conditions, material availability and price movements. Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management, business, construction or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Previous procurement experience, preferably within construction, engineering or building materials. Strong negotiation, supplier-management and commercial skills. Ability to manage multiple project requirements and competing deadlines. Sound knowledge of procurement processes, contracts and cost control. 3. Civil Engineering Estimator The Civil Engineering Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders and budgets for industrial and commercial concrete construction projects. Key Responsibilities Review civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors. Estimate costs for slabs, hardstands, suspended decks, columns, walls, stairs, footings and other concrete structures. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, budgets and supporting documentation. Identify project risks, construction constraints and potential cost variations. Work closely with clients, engineers, project managers, procurement staff and site teams. Maintain current cost databases, rates and estimating records. Assist with project handover and compare estimated costs against actual project performance. Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline. Previous estimating experience in civil, concrete, commercial or industrial construction. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tender documents. Sound knowledge of construction methodology, quantity take-offs and project costing. Strong numerical, analytical and time-management skills. Experience with relevant estimating and construction software will be highly regarded. 4. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator will support the commercial and contractual management of projects from commencement through to completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and administer head contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and related project agreements. Manage contract documentation, correspondence and project records. Assess progress claims, variations, extensions of time and subcontractor payments. Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, budgets and payment schedules. Coordinate with clients, project managers, estimators, subcontractors and suppliers. Identify contractual and commercial risks and assist in resolving project issues. Prepare cost reports, forecasts and contract-status updates. Ensure notices, claims and other contractual correspondence are issued within required timeframes. Assist with project close-out, final accounts and completion documentation. Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, contract management, business or a related discipline. Previous contract administration experience within construction or a related industry. Knowledge of construction contracts, variations, progress claims and project cost control. Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage detailed documentation and multiple projects simultaneously.
