You’ll be working on a variety of projects including schools, hospitals, infrastructure upgrades, commercial builds and fit-outs. What You’ll Be Doing Complete commercial electrical installations across NSW projects Install and maintain power, lighting, containment and electrical systems Follow project requirements and deliver quality workmanship Work alongside experienced electricians, apprentices and project teams Assist with site coordination and mentoring junior team members (Leading Hand) Maintain strong safety standards and compliance Travel to regional NSW projects when required (Monday-Friday) What We’re Looking For Experience across commercial projects (fit-out, new build, infrastructure, schools, hospitals preferred) Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for you Permanent Full-Time employment Day shift / standard construction hours Minimal on-call requirements Occasional overtime opportunities available Supportive team environment Work with a contractor that values quality workmanship Leading Hand experience highly regarded, with opportunities for electricians ready to step up.
