Warehouse Supervisor Bundamba, QLD | Full Time The warehouse doesn’t run itself. It runs because of you. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our Bundamba warehouse. This isn’t a role where you’ll be managing a large team from behind a desk. You’ll work alongside one warehouse team member, leading by example while making sure stock is organised, orders are picked and dispatched on time, and the warehouse runs smoothly every day. If you’re the kind of person who walks into a warehouse and immediately sees what needs attention, takes pride in keeping things organised, and enjoys rolling up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you. About Us T.C Boxes was born with a simple objective: safe, reliable and secure storage solutions for the tradies of Australia. As we grew, we found it wasn't just tradies who needed us. Campers needed canopies, hunters needed dog boxes, and plenty of people just needed somewhere to put things on the ute. Today we build setups that take people around Australia, touring rigs, work utes, weekend warriors, dream builds. And we take real pride in every single one that leaves our workshop. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our warehouse. That means the team, the stock, the freight, the safety. Day to day, you’ll be: Planning and scheduling daily operations. Managing inventory, cycle counts, stock takes and stock accuracy. Overseeing freight bookings and logistics, including interstate transfers. Picking, packing and dispatching orders. Receiving and putting away incoming stock. Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes. Booking freight and coordinating deliveries and transfers. Supporting and guiding the warehouse team member in daily tasks. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse. Running toolbox talks and regular team check-ins Completing pre-start checks and following safe work practices. Working closely with the Sales and Installation teams to ensure products are ready when needed. Maintaining warehouse presentation, equipment and cleanliness to TC Boxes standards. Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency. Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who leads by example. You’re organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in. You take ownership of your work, enjoy improving processes and understand that in a small team, everyone pitches in. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Hold a current Forklift Licence (High Reach preferred but not essential) Know your way around warehouse management systems and basic computer tools Have a strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy Communicate clearly, give direct feedback and hold the team accountable Are safety-conscious and lead by example on the floor Hold a current Driver’s Licence and First Aid Certificate (or are willing to obtain one) Must be available to work on a rotating fortnightly roster. Week one is Monday to Friday. Week two is Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm on Saturday And just as importantly, you live these values: Customer First : you make internal and external customers feel important. Everything you do is in service of a positive outcome for them. One Team : you say ‘we’ instead of ‘me’. You share what you know, communicate with respect and show up for the people around you. Whatever It Takes : you go above and beyond to find a solution. You own it and see it through. These aren’t aspirational. They’re the minimum we expect from everyone at TC Boxes. What’s on Offer A site where your work actually moves the needle. You’ll see the impact A team that values effort, ownership and a good attitude Stability and structure, with real room to grow as the business does Free onsite parking Ready to step up? If this sounds like the role you’ve been waiting for, we’d love to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a brief note on what makes you the right person for this one.
