This role is ideal for a Design Manager who has strong delivery experience and can step in immediately to help drive design coordination, resolve issues, and support the project team through a key delivery phase. The Role: Manage and coordinate design activities across a large residential project Work closely with project teams, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure design outcomes are achieved Review design documentation, identify risks, and drive solutions Coordinate design changes, RFIs, and technical queries Support the project delivery team to maintain programme and project objectives Ensure design information is aligned with construction requirements and project milestones About You: Proven experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry Strong background delivering large-scale residential projects Experience working through design coordination, consultant management, and construction delivery Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Available for an immediate start This is a great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager looking for a short-term contract role with a respected builder working on a significant residential project.
