09th July, 2026 Senior UX Designer We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a major digital transformation program, helping deliver intuitive, accessible and user-centred experiences across a range of enterprise digital platforms. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you'll partner with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to design seamless digital experiences that make a real impact for end users. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end UX activities across discovery, design and delivery. Conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews to inform design decisions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define problems, validate concepts and drive alignment. Champion UX best practices, accessibility and usability standards throughout the design process. Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer delivering end-to-end digital products. Experience working within complex enterprise or government environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across the full product lifecycle. Expertise in user research, journey mapping, interaction design and usability testing. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Nice to Have Experience working within government or public sector environments. Exposure to service design and customer experience (CX) initiatives. Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG. Experience contributing to or maintaining enterprise design systems.
