Construction Lawyer/Senior Associate, 4 PAE. Assist with Security of Payment claims nationally Advise on construction contract claims and disputes Assist in litigated construction claims Provide contract administration advice Draft amended Australian Standard and bespoke construction contracts Review contracts and recommend commercial amendments Draft consultancy agreements, novation deeds, assignment deeds and early contractor involvement deeds Liaise with clients, stakeholders, opposing lawyers and internal teams Support business development and client retention What you'll bring 4 years' PAE working principally in construction Experience across front-end and back-end construction law Current practising certificate for the relevant jurisdiction Strong legal drafting and analytical skills Effective file management and billing discipline Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to develop trusted client and stakeholder relationships Confidence leading, supervising, mentoring and delegating Highly organised, practical and commercially aware approach Interested in this position?
