MID LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNER — Sydney, Sydney Region

The Role You'll be involved end-to-end, from the client's initial brief through concept design, council approval, documentation, custom joinery, FF&E and construction administration. The Director is looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love of collaboration, and a genuine passion for creating quality work that meets budget and exceeds client expectations. What You'll Need 6 years' of local Interior Design experience Advanced proficiency in Revit (highly regarded), ArchiCAD or AutoCAD Strong documentation skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced presentation skills - hand sketch, renders, mood boards, FF&E selections, finishes schedules Experience on hospitality, retail or hotel fitouts Involvement liaising with and coordinating suppliers and consultants Full working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident) Most Highly Regarded A creative eye with strong attention to detail Confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a small team environment What's On Offer Salary $85,000 – $95,000 per annum plus Superannuation Full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available Genuine autonomy across your own projects, concept to completion Career growth with a real pathway into a senior role A supportive, collaborative studio with a strong focus on professional development If you're an experienced Interior Designer looking to take on real responsibility within a stable, creative studio, or you're on the cusp of stepping into a leading role, we'd love to review your resume and portfolio!
