RM Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-known Construction company that specialises in large scale projects nationwide. An exciting opportunity to work on major and high-profile, high-value commercial, industrial, infrastructure projects, providing accurate estimates that help deliver successful outcomes from tender through to project completion. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a critical role in securing work by preparing detailed, accurate, and competitive tenders for large-scale electrical construction projects. Paying a salary of up to $170k super, based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive electrical estimates and tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation. Complete detailed quantity take-offs and material take-offs. Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Analyse project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams. Ensure tenders are completed accurately and submitted on time. To be successful in this role, you will require the following: Electrical trade qualification/or equivalent industry experience. Experience as an Electrical Estimator within the commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or utility sectors. Experience preparing estimates and tender submissions for medium to large-scale electrical construction projects. Strong understanding of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC), and electrical construction practices. Proficiency in estimating software Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation. A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
