Sydney | Projects $20M - $80M Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to work on landmark Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments across Sydney? We're partnering with a highly regarded commercial and residential builder delivering large-scale apartment and mixed-use developments throughout Sydney. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering projects valued between $20M and $80M. The Role Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Site Team, you'll be responsible for the commercial management of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments from procurement through to final account. You'll be involved in every stage of the project, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients. Responsibilities Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and contract administration across major Class 2 residential developments. Prepare detailed trade packages, scopes of work and subcontract documentation. Assess subcontractor tenders and negotiate commercial agreements. Manage subcontractor claims, progress payments, variations and final accounts. Monitor project budgets, cost reports, forecasting and financial performance. Work closely with Project Managers to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on programme and within budget. About You Minimum 3 years' Contracts Administration experience within the Australian construction industry. Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential and/or mixed-use developments for a commercial builder. Experience on projects valued between $20M and $80M. Strong understanding of procurement, cost planning, variations and contract administration. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. What's On Offer $140K-$170K plus package depending on experience.
