Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Townsville, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities: Analyse and optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and develop corrective actions. Prepare and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements. Train and support production staff on new processes and technologies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process simulation and optimisation software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
