RM Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Operations Manager to join the growing construction team. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is paying a salary of $200k Super. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction operations across multiple projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and industry regulations. Manage and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and operational staff. Monitor project performance, budgets, and financial outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify and manage operational risks while resolving project issues effectively. Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives and growth targets. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the construction industry. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of commercial construction practices, contracts, and project delivery. Sound understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements. Strong financial, budgeting, and commercial management skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
