About the Role Reporting directly into the General Manager, this cross-functional role bridges the gap between front-end commercial bidding and site mobilisation. We are seeking a strategic operator who can actively win work, leverage a live network, and manage technical engineering risk. Core Duties BDM & Tendering: Source tender opportunities, manage head contractor relationships, and oversee the estimating team. Risk & Engineering: Assess geotechnical/constructability risks and review contracts to minimise commercial exposure. Compliance & Handover: Track corporate safety certifications for pre-qualifications and manage smooth handovers to site PMs. Suitable Backgrounds Proven experience within groundworks and/or foundation/piling is essential.
