Alliance is currently seeking multiple HSE Advisors to support major Construction & Mining projects across the Goldfields and Pilbara , with further upcoming opportunities across the WA resources sector. About the Role Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, safe‑work procedures, and HSE standards in accordance with the project specific HSE Management Plans. Provide specialist guidance on risk assessments, safety documentation, incident investigations, and accident reporting Lead internal and third‑party HSE audits, support with tender and pre-qualification documentation Play an active role in the delivery of weekly toolbox, daily prestart sessions, and HSE inspections on site About You Cert IV in Work Health & Safety CPR/LVR Certificate (within 12 months) First Aid Certificate (within 2 years) White Card Valid Drivers Licence Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or construction (open-pit, civil, or infrastructure projects) Strong communicator, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently Training and Assessing (desirable) SMP and E&I experience (desirable) 5 years construction experience Able to provide NPC or willing to obtain Apply Now or contact our Recruitment Team on (08) 6370 4459 for a confidential chat Please note: Only candidates with full Australian working rights will be considered.
