Your work will include: Functional assessments and capacity building Delivering practical, evidence-based interventions Writing NDIS reports, assessments, and recommendations Working alongside participants, families, and support networks Managing your own caseload with flexibility and support Contributing ideas as we grow and shape the OT service This role suits OTs who enjoy working independently in the community and making a real impact in everyday outcomes. About you We’re looking for someone who: Is a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration Has allied health experience (NDIS helpful, not essential) Is confident with assessments, interventions, and report writing Communicates effectively with participants and stakeholders Can travel across Chatswood and surrounding areas Is motivated by person-centred, strengths-based practice Keen to apply?
