STRUCTURES FOREMAN | RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION | CANBERRA ACT $130,000 - $200,000 Super Relocation Assistance Lead a major residential construction project from commencement through to completion. An established and highly respected ACT construction company is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join its growing team on a significant long-term residential development. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the structural phase of a large project while working alongside an experienced site leadership team. We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered projects from start to finish , with strong leadership skills and extensive structural construction experience. Interstate candidates are encouraged to apply , with relocation assistance, including accommodation and meals, available for the right person. About the Role Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of all structural works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities and driving programme outcomes throughout the structural phase of construction. Key Responsibilities * Supervise concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tensioning works * Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers * Plan daily construction activities and manage site resources * Ensure projects remain on programme and within quality standards * Manage labour, materials and plant requirements * Maintain WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture * Liaise with engineers, consultants and project management teams * Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues * Support project delivery from commencement through to completion Skills & Experience Essential * Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential projects * Proven experience delivering projects from commencement through completion * Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and structural sequencing * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery Highly Regarded * Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar building trade * Experience delivering medium to large-scale residential developments Salary & Benefits ✔️ $130,000 - $200,000 super (depending on experience) ✔️ Full-time permanent position ✔️ Long-term project pipeline ✔️ Relocation assistance available (accommodation & meals for suitable interstate candidates) ✔️ Career progression opportunities ✔️ Supportive and experienced leadership team ✔️ Immediate start available About the company Our client is a well-established ACT construction company with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
