About the position Our client is looking for dental support staff to join our clients' teams across a range of reputable Melbourne practices. Available roles include: Practice Managers Take the lead in the day-to-day running of a busy dental practice. Responsibilities may include supporting clinical and administrative teams, managing rosters, overseeing patient experience, improving systems, ensuring compliance standards are met and contributing to overall practice performance. Dental Assistants Work closely with Dentists and clinical teams to support a wide range of treatments, which may include general examinations, preventive care, composite fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, tooth extractions, teeth whitening, Invisalign, dental implants and dental emergencies. Duties may include chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilisation, infection control, patient care and maintaining smooth clinical flow. Dental Receptionists Be the welcoming first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities may include managing appointments, answering calls, processing payments, updating patient records, coordinating treatment bookings, supporting patient communication and helping create a positive front-desk experience.
