Position Sales Associate — Casual Location: Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast QLD Pay: Starting from $33.19 per hour General Retail Industry Award (MA000004) Store Operating Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm Opening shifts include an additional 15 minutes for operational tasks. Closing shifts include an additional 30 minutes. About the Role This is primarily an online fulfilment role. As a Casual Sales Associate at See’s Candies, your main focus is supporting our online order fulfilment — picking, packing, and preparing shipments to ensure every customer receives their chocolates in perfect condition. You will support in-store operations when needed, including during team member vacations, sick leave, or other absences.
