This role suits someone confident in coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and resources while maintaining strong safety, quality, and communication standards onsite. About the Role You will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project plans and specifications. Acting as the key onsite contact, you’ll manage labour, subcontractors, resources, and reporting while maintaining strong communication with management and stakeholders. Solid understanding of WHS, Environmental Management, and Quality Systems. High level of initiative with a focus on productivity and cost control. Desirable Qualifications in civil construction.
