ALH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to lead a crew on subdivision projects across Ipswich. $48 to $58/hr super, depending on experience. Immediate start. Monday to Friday with optional Saturdays. Looking for a leadership role where your experience and safety focus set the standard on site? In this role, you'll lead a small crew, coordinate daily work, and help deliver high quality civil construction projects from start to finish.
