Retail Project Coordinator — Sydney, Sydney Region

Introduction The Project coordinator – Retail & Brand Experience supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, brand activations, and customer experience initiatives. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, this role assists in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Description Retail Project Coordinator Sydney NSW 12-month contract(View to go permanent) Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate internal creative briefs and ensure all project requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams. Coordinate the development, review, and delivery of creative assets. Liaise with creative, production, and account teams to assist with project delivery. Assist in managing project timelines, schedules, and key milestones. Prepare client presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting documentation. Attend client meetings and distribute contact reports and action items. Maintain project trackers, status reports, and job documentation. Assist with sourcing quotes, preparing estimates, and raising purchase orders. Support budget tracking, invoicing, and project reconciliations. Coordinate suppliers and external partners to ensure project deadlines are met. Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Support senior team members with day-to-day account management and project administration. Support the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, brand activations, and customer experience projects. Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays where required. Skills And Experiences About You Previous experience in retail project coordination, shopfitting, production or design environments Understanding of retail environments and merchandising is highly regarded Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and highly organised. Nice to Have Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related discipline Experience with procurement, production or retail design Account Management What’s in it for you?
