Working on behalf of the owners team, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager or Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of a plant and camp upgrade project in the Goldfields of WA. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role responsible for driving safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of a multidisciplinary construction scope, from mobilisation through to commissioning handover. The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive leader with a proven track record managing complex mining or mineral processing infrastructure projects, capable of coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced, remote site environment. Key Responsibilities Provide overall on-site construction leadership for the project, ensuring delivery aligns with project scope, schedule, and budget Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical/instrumentation trades Oversee day-to-day site execution, including work-front planning, resourcing, and productivity management Champion a strong safety culture; ensure full compliance with site safety systems, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards Monitor and report on project schedule performance, identifying and resolving delays or constraints proactively Manage project cost control, including tracking against budget, variations, and forecasting Liaise with client representatives, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication Chair site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and relevant standards Support commissioning readiness and handover activities About You Construction management or Superintendent experience, with demonstrated experience delivering mineral processing or mining infrastructure projects including SMP, NPI, Electrical and Civil Scopes Proven experience managing multidisciplinary trades and subcontractor teams on remote/regional sites Strong working knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and site-based HSE systems Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Relevant trade or engineering background highly regarded Current Drivers Licence Schedule 26 Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing The ability to clear a GSDU What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate commensurate to experience Supportive project team and strong safety culture The opportunity for this project to continue on into longer term work post project close out.
