OVERVIEW Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join the team at a well-established retail asset in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who enjoys building strong retailer relationships, driving asset performance and contributing to the ongoing success of a busy shopping centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operational, financial and retail management objectives of the asset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and stakeholders. Drive retailer engagement initiatives and support centre performance. Monitor retailer trading performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure retailers comply with lease obligations and centre standards. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Manage rental administration, arrears and lease-related processes. Support retailer onboarding, assignments and day-to-day tenancy management Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to ensure the centre is presented to a high standard. Provide operational support to the Centre Manager across the asset . CRITERIA Previous experience in commercial property management, retail property or shopping centre management. Strong understanding of lease administration and retailer management. Commercially minded with sound financial and analytical skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. Current WA Real Estate Representative Registration or Licence (or ability to obtain).
