About the role We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic receptionist/administrative assistant to join our growing Gold Coast team, based in Robina. In this role you will undertake front of house duties and provide high level reception coverage on a daily basis. In addition the role is responsible for assisting and supporting administrative assistants, paralegals, lawyers and partners with day to day activities as requested to ensure that the services provided are of high standards in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Key Duties: Greeting clients; Liaise with clients and potential clients; Answering and directing incoming reception calls; Taking new enquiries; Coordinating meeting room bookings; Maintaining Reception area; Maintaining kitchen and general office areas; Collecting, processing and distributing mail; Booking couriers; Office supply ordering; Organising catering for office events and meetings; Assisting with filing, printing, scanning and photocopying; Assisting with taking documents to court as required; Other adhoc reception and administrative tasks as requested. This position includes regular walking to and from court, the post office, and other nearby locations. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day, making this role ideal for someone who likes to stay active while they work. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist; Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills; Well developed time management skills; A willingness to learn, positive approach and strong initiative; and Intermediate skills in the MS Office suite.
