We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Truck Driver to join our Operations Team. About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and respectful transportation of deceased pets between our depot locations. Key Responsibilities: Collecting and transferring pets between Pets in Peace locations Transferring site consumables and stock between Pets in Peace locations Ensuring items are correctly secured prior to transportation, tagged, weighed, and tracked using internal systems Completing all transport documentation accurately and on time Complying with all Australian Road Rules, transport and Heavy vehicle requirements. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, presentation. Report when vehicle requires service, repairs or is damaged Adhering to WH&S policies and reporting hazards or risks promptly About You: Valid MR or higher driver licence Forklift license and ability to reverse a trailer is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment Comfortable working in a role involving pet after life services Reliable, safety‑focused, and respectful at all times Why Join Pets in Peace?
