MC Driver & Yardperson Join a Leading Transport Equipment Specialist in Queensland! Are you an experienced MC Driver looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a motivated and safety-focused MC Driver & Yardperson to join a well-established leader in the transport equipment industry. This is an exciting opportunity to combine driving, yard operations, and workshop support while working with a professional team in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of trailers and equipment, maintaining an organised yard, and supporting our Service and Spare Parts departments. Key Responsibilities Safely couple and uncouple 40 trailers daily , following all WHS/OHS procedures, including tug tests. Complete local and occasional rural trailer pick-ups and deliveries. Perform general yard duties, including trailer relocation and maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace. Assist the workshop team as a Trade Assistant when required. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with all road transport legislation, state regulations, and company safety procedures. Liaise with the Service and Spare Parts teams regarding customer requirements and operational updates. Maintain company vehicles and equipment to a high standard of presentation and care. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: A current MC Licence (HC Licence considered; MC preferred). Proven truck driving experience/clean record A strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail. The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
